Most customers praise fast bin delivery and pickup with fair pricing and responsive staff. One complaint stands out: a driver damaged a neighbour's gutter; when challenged with camera footage, the company denied responsibility and dismissed the damage.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Enviro delivers fast service at reasonable rates, with owner Carlo earning consistent praise for responsiveness and weekend availability. Recent friction around payment and scheduling reliability has tempered enthusiasm; some reviewers report multi-day delays despite initial promises and one driver's aggressive collection tactics.
Reviewers report fast, professional service with crews arriving quickly and completing jobs in mere minutes. Staff are consistently polite, respectful of property, and work efficiently even on difficult jobs. Named crews (Carter, Adrian, Billy among others) appear frequently in praise. Crews handle junk hauling, furniture removal, and hoarding cleanup. The business states it is 100% licensed and insured, serving eight surrounding towns including Tecumseh and Amherstburg. Fair pricing and rapid scheduling are standouts, with same-day turnaround options noted in reviews.
